Certified Home Health Aide / Companion

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily task
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Monitor health and report changes
  • Administer medications (if certified)


Requirements:

  • sHHA certification (or willingness to obtain
  • 1+ year experience in home care or similar
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transport and flexible availability



Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver skilled nursing care (IV therapy, wound care, etc.)
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for seamless care
  • Educate clients and families on health management
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation


Requirements:

  • Active NJ RN license
  • 1+ year of experience in home care or a related setting
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
